Yoga By LaDue located at the Bethany Renewal center offers small group and individual classes in the Lincoln, NE area.  

Laura LaDue is a licensed physical therapist, mental health practitioner and a certified Hatha and Raja Yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years.

Modified Hatha yoga programs are available for seniors, disabled and those whose medical condition prohibits them from participating in "traditional" Hatha Yoga poses. Other classes are available are pre-natal, new mom and dad classes and couples classes.
